The
Missouri Mavericks announced Tuesday the Central Hockey League (CHL)
club has activated forward Andrew Courtney and placed Kyle Hood on the
14-day injured reserve.
Courtney
returns to the Mavericks' lineup after missing nearly a month of hockey
as his last game played was in Allen on Feb. 8. The Belleville, Ontario
native has played in 33 games with the Mavericks this season and has 25
points on 11 goals and 14 assists. Overall, Courtney has 88 points
(43-4588) in 103 games with Missouri. He is expected to be in the lineup
tonight when the Mavericks take on the Bloomington Blaze at
Independence Events Center.
Hood was placed on the 14-day injured reserve although the first-year Maverick has not played since Feb. 18.
