Rise of the Guardians is an epic and magical adventure that tells the story of Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, the Sandman, and Jack Frost - legendary characters with previously unknown extraordinary abilities. Red Dawn is a remakes of the 80’s action flick where an American city awakens to the surreal sight of foreign paratroopers dropping from the sky shockingly, the U.S. has been invaded and their hometown is the initial target. Determined to fight back, a group of young patriots seek refuge in the surrounding woods, training and reorganizing themselves into a guerilla group of fighters.
And don’t forget the new Alamo Drafthouse Mainstreet. On Wednesday they will host Tough Guy Cinema: THE ROCK! and on Thanksgiving night they will be showing one of the best Thanksgiving films ever made; Planes, Trains, and Automobiles! While you lay witness to the comic genius that is Steve Martin and John Candy you can feast on their $13.50 Thanksgiving dinner!
Have a great long Thanksgiving weekend.
