It
doesn't look like Kansans will see a University of Kansas vs. Wichita
State University basketball game anytime soon, unless both schools make
it to the championship game of the NCAA tournament.
The Associated Press reports
the Shockers have offered in the past to arrange a series of games with
KU, but Kansas hasn't expressed any interest. It doesn't sound like
that has changed, despite WSU's recent success in the NCAA tournament.
KU Coach Bill Self complimented WSU's success this week, but added,
"That doesn't mean we're going to play them."
