Mavericks' Goaltender Mathieu Corbeil Recalled By Chicago

The Missouri Mavericks announced Monday goaltender Mathieu Corbeil has been recalled by the team’s American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Chicago Wolves.
Corbeil, 21 (9/27/91) has appeared in nine games with the Mavericks and has a 3-6 mark with a 2.79 goals-against average and .908 save percentage.
The rookie netminder led the QMJHL with a career-high 37 victories and a 2.38 goals-against average, while sharing fourth in the league with a .911 save percentage in 48 outings with the Saint John Sea Dogs last season. He posted a 37-10-1 record and also ranked first in the QMJHL with six shutouts.
The Mavericks return home on January 25 and 26.
